Terms of Service

Welcome to LeadExpo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeadExpo platform, operated by WebNX Global Services (P) Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using LeadExpo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Overview of the Service

LeadExpo (the “Service”) is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to help exhibitors and businesses:

  • Create custom digital forms
  • Capture visitor information via manual entry or OCR scanning
  • Manage, organize, and export lead data
  • Provide controlled access for staff and representatives

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Ensure your device is secure and free from malware
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

LeadExpo offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

a. Free Tier (“Free Forever”)

The Starter plan is intended to remain free as long as the Company is operational and sustainable. This phrase does not represent a permanent contractual commitment.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, convert to paid, or discontinue the free tier. In such cases, we will provide reasonable prior notice.

b. Paid Plans

Advanced features such as OCR scanning, unlimited forms, team roles, and analytics require a paid subscription.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay applicable fees for your selected plan
  • Pay additional taxes (e.g., GST) wherever legally required
  • Allow automatic recurring payments on each billing cycle

We may update or modify pricing structures. Any price increases will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for partial usage, downgrades, or unused subscription periods.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use LeadExpo for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Collecting sensitive personal data without explicit consent
  • Sending spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited communications
  • Uploading harmful content, malware, or automated bots
  • Attempting to disrupt or overburden our servers
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the platform
  • Impersonating or misrepresenting the Service
  • Reselling or sublicensing LeadExpo without authorization

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. User Data & Ownership

a. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all content and data you collect using LeadExpo, including:

  • Lead information
  • Digital forms
  • OCR-scanned content

We do not claim ownership of your data.

b. License Granted to Us

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, back up, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Service Availability & Downtime

While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not responsible for downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Internet or network failures
  • Third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment gateways)
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or outages

No refunds or compensation are provided for downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebNX Global Services (P) Limited is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, if applicable.

9. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your payment fails or is disputed
  • You misuse or abuse the platform
  • We decide to discontinue the Service

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Service is revoked
  • Your data may be permanently deleted after a retention period

No refunds will be issued

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms periodically. If significant changes occur, we will notify you through:

  • Email
  • In-app notifications
  • Website announcements

Your continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
