Introduction

Welcome to LeadExpo, a product by WebNX Global Services (P) Limited. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeadExpo mobile application, website, and associated services.

By downloading, accessing, or using LeadExpo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use LeadExpo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
  
• Provide accurate and complete account information.
  
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized account activity.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you create, upload, collect, or manage using LeadExpo.
  
• Ensuring you have proper consent from individuals whose data you collect (e.g., business card OCR scans, form submissions).
  
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection regulations.
  

You must not:

• Use LeadExpo for unlawful activities.
  
• Upload harmful, abusive, obscene, or unauthorized content.
• Collect sensitive data without explicit consent.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the app or its components.
  
• Interfere with the system integrity or security.
  
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access or abuse the service.
  
• Send unauthorized marketing messages, spam, or malware.
  
• Scrape, harvest, or steal data from other users.
  
• Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Some features of LeadExpo are available only under Paid Plans.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable, except when required by law.
  
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.
  
• Failure to pay may result in limited access or account suspension.
  
• Taxes may apply based on your region.
  

You may cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal or by contacting our support team.

5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Data

You retain full ownership of:

• Leads and contact data
  
• Form submissions
  
• OCR scans
  
• Uploaded files
  

We only process your data to provide the service and do not claim any rights over it.

Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to LeadExpo—including the app interface, software code, branding, trademarks, and content—is owned exclusively by WebNX Global Services (P) Limited.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the service.
  
• Use our branding without permission.

6. Availability & Service Modifications

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
  
• Error-free operation
  
• Compatibility with all devices
  

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
  
• You misuse the platform
  
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ends immediately
  
• Certain data may remain stored for legal or operational reasons
  
• You may request complete data deletion as permitted by law
  

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadExpo is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
  
• Fitness for a particular purpose
  
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebNX Global Services (P) Limited shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or business
  
• Loss of data
  
• Service interruptions or downtime
  
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebNX Global Services (P) Limited, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the service
  
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user or third party

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur:

• The “Effective Date” will be updated
  
• We may notify users through email or in-app alerts
  

Continued use of LeadExpo after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
